King’s Health Partners Colorectal Cancer Biobank holds blood, tissue and data from patients diagnosed or treated at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust since 2016.  Samples and their derivatives are fully annotated with pathological, patient demographic, clinical and follow-up information.

Colorectal samples have been collected following resection and Biopsy. There are formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded and frozen samples (Blood/tissue) available in the Archive.
