Marcello D'Angelo BSc

Marcello received his BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences in 2003 from Second University di Napoli, Italy. After that, he worked in the Histology department of different hospitals in Italy (Naples, Bologna and Pistoia) until 2014.

In 2005/2006 he temporarily moved to Stockholm where he worked at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm in the Histology department. At this institute, he had the chance to utilise new histological techniques and develop a broad range of skills.

In 2015 he moved to the UK and worked as a Biomedical Scientist in several Histology laboratories, mainly in London and in 2018 the Institute of Cancer Research until he joined the King's Health Partners Cancer Biobank in 2019.
