Eren Brooks-Martin BSc
Biobank Assistant Technician
Eren graduated from the University of Kent in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences, gaining a focus on lung cancer in a final project investigating the significance of environmental carcinogens as an assumed cause in non-smokers. She has been assisting in labs since first joining the Francis Crick Institute in 2019 to help in their Genetic Modification Service lab over a summer while studying.
Eren now provides technical assistance to other staff at the KHP Biobank, both around the lab and by collecting samples from patients across Guy's Hospital & the Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
